A few years ago--we had termites in the wall surounding the shower. I know how to replace the walls, but don't know what to use on the shower side to make it waterproof. It is built on a slab. I don't want to use tile.

What do you want to do?
Identify what you are planning to do. That way, people can make suggestions based on your particular project. Are you putting in a fiberglass prefab unit? Are you familiar with cement backer board? Denshield? Whatever you do, don't use greenboard.
