Jane Samson is host of the popular syndicated television series, Jane’s Sew & So, and its spin-off WebTV series, Jane’s Sew Hollywood. Passionate about inspiring young people to “design their lives from the inside out,” Jane’s new blog, Zig Zag Zen, reconnects viewers with important people in their lives through her unique “sewing experiences”. Jane’s producer credits include the home video, Beautiful The Total Look, independent feature films, The Ice Runner (which aired on HBO, Showtime, Encore, and Starz), and Yesterday’s Target, for Showtime Networks She has also produced countless special promotional film shoots for every major motion picture studio and has brought her warm interviewing skills to bear in candid chats with a wide range of Hollywood celebrities including Harrison Ford, Goldie Hawn, The Wayans Bros., Bridget Fonda, Sharon Stone, and Will Smith. Jane graduated from the American College of Design in Lucerne, Switzerland, went on to earn an advanced degree in film and broadcasting from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena and enjoyed tenure as a teacher at the John Robert Powers School in both Dallas and Pasadena. Most recently, Jane was honored to join the BeJane.com team as a member of the executive committee for the “Women’s Empowerment Build” for Habitat for Humanity of North LA City & County.
