When the weather gets colder and the overnight temperature dips below freezing, safeguard your plumbing by unscrewing your garden hoses. This prevents water from freezing in the hose and pipes from bursting.
When temperatures become extremely cold it is important
to open the faucets in the house so that they slowly drip.
This prevents the pipes from freezing up. This helps to protect
your plumbing during cold snaps.

Have you ever stood in a room in your house and wondered, “What’s missing?”

Whatever POWER gets the job done! Aurgh,Arugh, Arugh! But I love my Dremel!
My husband always complained that he never had a room to go just for him, so when he was out of town for three days, I made him a "CAVE."
What was your first home improvement project?
I first started doing home improvements when I was 12. My dad had a lot of power tools and never wanted me to "mess" with them. I would wait until he left the house on days that I was home from school and use his power tools to build things while he was away. Then I would clean up before he got home and he never knew I'd used his tools.
